Met Mast Lidar is a scientific instrument used for meteorological prediction and weather forecasting that can measure precise wind energy data at high speed. It is based on laser technology and uses pulsed laser beams to detect atmospheric particles and obtain information such as wind speed and direction from these particles. Advanced measurement technology: The Met Mast Lidar is installed on a high mast (usually 60-120 meters in height) and uses laser pulse technology (PPI scan, RHI scan, etc.) to use a laser beam to measure wind speed up to 200-300 meters in height, direction and turbulence data. It records wind data at high resolution and high data rates for better data modeling.
