Question: If you are able to make your led ellipsoidal fixtures with 5600K or 3200K, Bicolor or RGBW?
Answer: Yes we can. We can also supply you with 3200K, 5600K or BI color 3200-6500K, RGBW or RGBA.
Question: Does this ellipsoidal theatre definition come with the Powercon power cable? Or do I need to order separately.
Answer: The Light comes with 1x AC Power Cord as well as a DMX cable.
Question: Where is the slot for leko gobo? Need to disassembly to install the gobo?
Answer: No. It’s a small slot right next to the shutters.
Question: If the ellipsoidal are out of warranty, how we can get some parts to replace if the lights have problem?
Answer: We are offering free spare parts during the warranty time, and if out of warranty, you can order the parts from us. As real factory, even have 5 years using, we can still supply the right spare parts.
