Eyda’s pallet rack system design adops the rack mechanics professional computing system designed by Institute of Logistics of Beijing university of Science and Technology — Finite Element Analysis software. The software is devoloped by the SAP84 Calculator Core from Department of Mechanics of Beijing University to calculate the overall stress, intension and stability of the pallet rack system. Via FEA, a model on equal proportion ot the pallet rack itself can be built, with boundary constraints that comply with the actual work consitions, so that the acuual load bearing can be simulated in a more accurate way, what can be achieved here is not only the static analysis, but also more comlicated work conditions like earth quake, win, rain and snow. The test results will be applied to FEA , in conjunction with existing commn standards for mechanical calculation of pallet rack, so as to improve the management of raw material quality, manufacture progress, and installation tolerance, and thus to reach safety and efficiency.

For those customer who want the design to comply with international standard, we will follow the relevant domestic standards and take international standards as reference, so the satety of final products must be strickly in compliance with the harshest standards as well.
